Vocational training at AGSflexo: Start your career with us!
AGSflexo is part of the Agergaard Group. The production and training site is located in the Klein Hehlen district of Celle, Germany, where our sister company AkeBoose GmbH is also based.
We train the following professions at Agergaard Group:
The commercial professions are primarily trained at AGSflexo, and the technical professions at AkeBoose. However, as both companies operate and cooperate under one roof, you will gain a wide range of experience in both areas and have the opportunity to learn a lot.
The official start of training is August 1ˢᵗ. The application phase starts in the fall of the previous year. If you are interested in training with us, there is also the option of a trial internship.

Work-life-balance
A healthy balance between work and leisure is important. We offer 6 weeks' annual leave and flextime.
